Clinical Trial Management Associate

We are partnering with a leading biopharmaceutical company to identify a talented Clinical Operations professional to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on the execution of Phase I-IV clinical trials and plays a vital part in advancing innovative treatments to patients worldwide. This is an onsite position, and is offered on an initial 6 month contracting basis. As a w2 contract worker you are eligible to a benefits package including health/dental/vision/life insurance, a 401k vehicle and more.
Hourly rate: $50-53/hr (~$100-106K/year)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or manage components of Phase I-III clinical studies.
- Collaborate with Biomarker Sciences, Clinical Virology, and/or Clinical Pharmacology teams on vendor selection and deliverables.
- Coordinate operational activities for biological sample collection, delivery, and analysis within clinical trials.
- Manage study timelines, documentation, and communications.
- Serve as the point of contact with internal and external stakeholders for biological sample analysis strategies.
- Participate in project meetings and the functional review of study-related documents, including clinical protocols and informed consent forms.
- Develop tools and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in study execution.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to keep projects on track with budgets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- MA/MS/PharmD/PhD with 2+ years of relevant clinical or related experience in life sciences.
- BA/BS/RN with 4+ years of relevant clinical or related experience in life sciences.
- Proven experience managing external vendors.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of clinical study management, from start-up to close-out.
- Familiarity with FDA, EMA, ICH, GCP, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Exceptional adaptability, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in medical/scientific terminology and clear communication.
- Collaborative approach to working in a team-oriented, matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
